Production Leader

Description

**Production Supervisor** to lead production teams and processes focused on manufacturing stainless steel machinery for slaughterhouses and food processing industries. The professional will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, adherence to deadlines, and excellence in welding and assembly processes. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate production activities; * Lead teams of welders, assemblers, and production assistants; * Monitor stainless steel equipment manufacturing processes; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards; * Manage schedules and ensure delivery accuracy; * Monitor production KPIs and propose continuous improvements; * Maintain organization within the production area and ensure adherence to procedures; * Provide technical oversight of TIG/MIG stainless steel welding processes; * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production Planning & Control (PCP) departments. Requirements * Experience as a production supervisor in industrial machinery, slaughterhouse, or food processing companies; * Knowledge of stainless steel welding processes (TIG); * Experience in manufacturing sanitary equipment and stainless steel structures; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Experience in team management and production control; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Commitment to quality, precision, and delivery deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies; * Experience with food industry sanitary regulations; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
