The Retail Environment Manager – Independent Drugstores is responsible for developing and managing the retail environment (Independent Drugstores) strategy and its respective 7Ps, based on expertise in Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales. Maintains direct interaction with Consumer Marketing, Insights, Customer Development Team & Category Management to develop strategies and execution tactics for categories and brands within this retail environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead GTM strategy. * Identify shopper mission within the retail environment. * Evaluate category and CP performance in the channel; define objectives. * Define 7Ps strategies and tactics per retail environment. * Define objectives, coordinate activities, and manage expenses. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree. * Knowledge of **(Nielsen, Neogrid, IQVIA, etc)** * Advanced English proficiency.
