Identify needs and propose solutions, negotiating and closing sales **Position:** Store Manager **Responsibilities:** * Prospect new clients and business opportunities within the operational region * Conduct external visits to present products * Maintain and develop relationships with the client portfolio * Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions * Negotiate commercial terms and close sales/leases * Record activities, visits, and negotiations in the system/CRM * Achieve company-established performance targets and indicators **Requirements:** \- Reside in Ribeirão Preto/SP. \- Possess a driver's license and personal vehicle \- Proven experience in sales/commercial area. \- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM. \- Competencies in sales and marketing Compensation: \- Fixed salary \- Commission \- Reimbursement for kilometers driven Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Screening Questions: * As of today, in which city do you reside? * Do you have your own vehicle for traveling to clients if required?
