Our scooter, bike, and power bank stations are already present in \+25 cities — and we want to grow with you! ️ **Your responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the security and operational monitoring team * Develop and implement asset and property security policies and procedures * Analyze loss, theft, and vandalism metrics and propose corrective actions * Manage critical incidents and activate rapid response protocols * Integrate security, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure asset protection * Prepare managerial reports and present results to leadership * Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of scooter recovery targets * Establish partnerships with public security agencies when necessary **What we expect from you:** * Prior experience in asset security, logistics, or operations management * Analytical mindset focused on results and loss reduction * Leadership and team management skills * Valid driver's license and availability for travel * Familiarity with monitoring and tracking tools * Ability to make quick decisions under pressure * Availability to work rotating shifts, including night hours **Work model:** On-site · Rotating schedule to be determined based on operational demand **Ready to lead with JET?** Join us and be part of the future of urban mobility — now in command!
