Promotion of sustainable learning progress The School Reinforcement Teacher is responsible for **providing individualized or small-group pedagogical support** to children **aged 6 to 12 years**, with the goal of reinforcing elementary school curriculum content, supporting the development of academic skills, and promoting sustainable learning progress for students. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** * **Conduct in-person or hybrid school reinforcement classes** (per institutional policy) for elementary school students aged 6 to 12. * **Identify individual learning difficulties** of students and plan pedagogical strategies to overcome them. * **Develop and implement educational materials**, reinforcement activities, and consolidation exercises aligned with subject areas and students' needs. * **Assess student performance**, record progress, and provide structured feedback to students and families. * **Adapt instructional content** according to each student’s learning pace, learning style, and challenges. * **Maintain professional and ongoing communication with guardians**, reporting on children’s performance and development. * **Prepare periodic pedagogical reports** and participate in internal meetings when requested by the pedagogical coordination team. * **Ensure a safe, ethical, and inclusive learning environment**, fostering respect, discipline, and student engagement.
