PCP Analyst - Construction Planning and Control

**Job Description:** ---------------------- CMB Infraestrutura is at a critical stage of structuring and evolving its operational processes and is seeking a professional for the PCP Analyst position to directly support construction planning, operational control, and production monitoring, thereby enhancing predictability, productivity, and resource control across operations. We seek an analytical, operationally oriented, and highly organized individual capable of transforming field data into reliable information to support management decision-making. Key responsibilities: - Develop and monitor physical and financial project schedules; - Monitor production, productivity, and physical progress across work fronts; - Prepare, verify, and correct production maps; - Track operational and administrative costs of projects; - Consolidate operational KPIs and managerial reports; - Cross-reference production data with rainfall indices and productivity metrics; - Manage equipment, labor, and operational consumption data; - Input and validate data in internal systems and controls; - Support standardization and continuous improvement of planning and control processes; - Collaborate closely with operational leadership to monitor construction execution. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; Experience in construction planning and control; Experience with productivity analysis, scheduling, and operational control; Advanced Excel skills; Knowledge of Power BI; Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; Analytical and organized profile. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in land development, earthworks, or infrastructure projects; Knowledge of construction ERP systems (e.g., Mega or similar); Experience in process structuring environments; Knowledge of physical\-financial control. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance of R$26.00 per working day; Mobility allowance according to internal policy **Work Location:** ---------------------- CMB INFRAESTRUTURA LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 07:00 \- 12:00 / 17:00 \- 17:00 (Mon to Thu), Fri 07:00 \- 12:00 / 13:00 \- 16:00
