Process Assistant, Reverse Logistics Operations

**DESCRIPTION** --------------- We are seeking a motivated Process Assistant to support daily operations at our reverse logistics site. This role requires a data-oriented professional focused on process execution and continuous improvement, with strong people orientation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competencies that elevate standards, combining practical operational support with emerging leadership skills and process optimization capabilities. As a Process Assistant, you will support associates responsible for processing returned items, supplier returns, and asset recovery operations. You will assist in ensuring the team performs RMA processing activities, failure analysis, sorting, and supplier management, meeting quality standards and operational metrics. This role requires someone capable of working independently, solving problems swiftly, and supporting team development in a dynamic, 24/7 operational environment. This position requires flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts on 12-hour schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed to support continuous operations. Key job responsibilities * Manage order flow across multiple processes; * Be responsible for communication with OPs Leads/areas and escalation of any risks to customer experience or failures; * Monitor and track process rate and quality. * Facilitate communication among multiple operational areas; * Monitor and communicate risks/opportunities; * Analyze and make decisions based on data/numbers. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * High school or equivalent * 1\+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience * Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
