Description
**Responsibilities:**
\- Document reception and organization: Receive, verify, and forward documents, as well as register and file information
\- Scheduling and coordination: Schedule appointments and events, and guide participants
\- Document preparation: Draft memoranda, minutes, drafts, official letters, reports, and other official documents
\- Revenue and expense control: Monitor revenues and expenses, and issue and verify invoices
\- Communication\*\* Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
\- Data and information management: Collect and organize critical information
\- Meeting support: Prepare agendas and meeting rooms
\- Deadline monitoring: Track compliance with established deadlines and goals
\- Process evaluation: Evaluate and propose improvements to the company's internal processes
\- Customer service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
\- Travel coordination: Organize business trips and event logistics
**Requirements:**
\- Completed high school education;
\- Specialized training in logistics—such as a technical course or technological degree—is a plus.
