Provide technical support within your area of responsibility through analysis, planning, organization, execution, and control of activities and processes related to your field of expertise, aiming to contribute to the technical and administrative quality of implemented actions, in compliance with applicable legislation and the organization's development needs. * * **Desirable Requirements:** * Advanced English proficiency. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management. * Experience in the steelmaking industry. **1. Purpose of the Position** * Provide technical support within your area of responsibility through analysis, planning, organization, execution, and control of activities and processes related to your field of expertise, aiming to contribute to the technical and administrative quality of implemented actions, in compliance with applicable legislation and the organization's development needs. **2. Main Processes and Tasks (Specific)** **Specific Responsibilities:** * Conduct analyses, tests, technical assessments, proposals, opinions, and reports on processes and activities within your area of expertise. * Prepare, develop, implement, update, and/or document technical processes within your area of expertise. * Develop and propose updates and modifications to processes and procedures within your area of expertise. * Update, maintain, and generate technical reports and/or specific documents. Identify service requirements and request material resources, documents, tools, and/or equipment essential for task execution. * Comply with and promote safety, environmental, and occupational health standards and procedures, as well as work instructions, ensuring individual and collective safety and well-being. * Provide technical support to internal and/or external customers, suppliers, and partners within your scope of responsibility. * Interface with internal departments for actions related to specific objectives. * Identify applicable requirements by analyzing performed activities, mapping processes, and reviewing departmental documentation to ensure necessary alignment. * Plan and deliver training. Analyze maintenance stages and develop technical proposals for execution teams. * Provide technical support in developing maintenance plans for maintenance departments. * Draft, review, and evaluate maintenance contracts. * Monitor planning, preventive maintenance, and tasks requested by maintenance departments at the repair workshop.
