A continuous improvement professional to work with WCM, Lean Manufacturing, and industrial process optimization, supporting KPI management and training.

* Support the implementation and sustainability of the WCM program.
* Develop and lead continuous improvement projects.
* Map, analyze, and optimize methods and processes.
* Apply Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, and Standardization).
* Identify opportunities for waste reduction and productivity improvement.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor and support industrial KPI management, productivity, OEE, quality, and savings.
* Develop, review, and standardize procedures, methodologies, and documentation.
* Support training sessions, workshops, and initiatives to disseminate WCM culture.
* Collaborate with production areas to implement operational improvements.
* Support the setup of the new Life Science operation in Vinhedo.
* Lead improvement projects focused on defect reduction and quality enhancement in Sumaré.
**Is this role right for you?** **Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, etc.), Quality Management, or Business Administration
* Willingness to travel between Vinhedo and Sumaré
* Experience in continuous improvement, quality, or industrial processes
* **English:** Basic to Intermediate.

**Important Information**
* **Area: WCM \-** Department responsible for implementing and sustaining the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program at PPS. This position will support the expansion of continuous improvement culture, working cross-functionally across the Vinhedo and Sumaré plants, focusing on improvement projects, process development, quality, and implementation of WCM methodological requirements.
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00 or 08:00–17:30, flexible schedule
* **Work Format:** 100% on-site.
* **Work Location:** Vinhedo/SP.
* Cross-functional involvement between Vinhedo and Sumaré units, with frequent travel as required by project demands.
