Controller / Financial Manager

We are seeking a Controller / Financial Manager to lead the company's finance department, ensuring strategic control, financial health, and support for business decision-making. ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage financial, accounting, and controller-related routines; * Prepare and monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning; * Develop financial analyses and performance indicators; * Control costs, expenses, revenue, and profitability; * Ensure proper execution of financial processes and compliance; * Support executive management in strategic decision-making; * Manage relationships with banks, accounting firms, and suppliers; * Lead the finance team and monitor departmental results; * Structure processes and propose financial and operational improvements. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience as a Controller, Financial Manager, or in similar roles; * Knowledge of controllership, cash flow management, income statements (DRE), and financial planning; * Experience with financial indicators and budgetary management; * Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies; * Exposure to auditing and compliance. ### **Job Information:** * Employment type: CLT or PJ; * Working hours: Monday to Friday (business hours); * Location: Francisco Beltrão – Paraná; * Competitive market-based salary + benefits.
