In this role, you’ll be the leadership’s right-hand partner, acting as the conductor who connects technology (AI), financial operations (OTB), and store execution—turning data into decisions that balance demand, inventory, and business strategy. We operate in a **hybrid model (3 days onsite)**, and our office is located directly across from Vila Lobos Park, with easy access to the CPTM train station. **Apply now!** **What will your main responsibilities be as an S\&OP Coordinator here?** * Supervise the development of forecasting models using AI and the maintenance of decision-support dashboards. * Ensure forecast accuracy by capturing commercial assumptions and conducting scenario analyses to reach consensus (S\&OP Cycle). * Prevent stockouts and optimize inventory levels, focusing on continuous improvement of service levels. * Manage Open to Buy (OTB) and identify daily replenishment opportunities (reorders, postponements, cancellations, and returns). * Own Replenishment Management (RM) KPIs and support financial cash flow predictability (supplier costs). * Release working capital through strategic reduction of DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding). * Identify product liquidation opportunities and ensure end-point product availability. * Interface with the Distribution Center (DC) to approve receiving windows and warehouse capacity. * Supervise automated store replenishment, ensuring appropriate product mix, correct pricing, and achievement of commercial targets. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid experience in developing and managing Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Replenishment, Supply, S\&OP, or Supply Chain—with P\&L perspective. * Ability to interpret complex numerical data and translate them into clear action plans for the team. * Skill to unblock operations and ensure technical teams operate smoothly without micromanagement. * Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with BI and AI tools (you’ll mentor automation initiatives within the team). * Experience with Google Workspace. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. **What benefits will you receive?** * Flexible meal card (VR) * Transportation voucher (VT) * Health and dental insurance (optional) * TotalPass * Partnerships with universities, technical schools, and language institutes * SESC membership * Birthday day off—to celebrate your special day * Discounts on Westwing purchases * **Working in an environment that respects your personality, dress style, individuality—and where you can truly be yourself** **Selection Process Steps:** * Application (Submit your application, complete the form, and finish the Portuguese test on the platform—it’s quick :D) * HR Interview (Online) * Manager Interview (Online) * Case Study (Online) * Second Manager Interview (Online) * Team Interview * Finalist Selection * Hiring
