Location: Brasília/DF – Noroeste Sector / Asa Norte Work modality: 100% in-person Employment type: Independent contractor (PJ) Remuneration: R$ 5.000,00 Benefits: Transportation voucher + R$17.00/day meal allowance We seek a generalist HR professional who is hands-on and strategically minded, with willingness to structure and strengthen internal HR processes in a small company with approximately 50 employees. ✨ Key responsibilities: * Generalist HR management; * Structuring and organizing the HR department; * Recruitment & Selection; * Organizational climate and employee engagement initiatives; * Liaison with Payroll and Occupational Health and Safety departments (SESMT); * Development of internal processes, policies, and routines; * Support to leadership and employee follow-up.
