Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Support daily operations of Recruitment and Selection routines; * Assist in organizing processes and reports within the area; * Conduct job vacancy screenings; * Attend HR interviews; * Support communication with candidates and interview scheduling; * Assist our recruiters in candidate selection; * Monitor stages of the onboarding process; * Guide candidates regarding questions and feedback; * Support initiatives enhancing the candidate experience. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Interest in Recruitment and Selection; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Must maintain active enrollment at any higher education institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with at least two years remaining until graduation; * Availability for 6 hours per day (11:30 AM to 5:30 PM), Monday through Friday. **Additional information:** * Career development; * Mentoring; * Systemic business perspective; * Internship allowance competitive with market standards; * Transportation voucher; * Life insurance. **Additional information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest ENERGY.
