As a **Senior COMEX Analyst**, your main responsibilities will be: * Prepare budgets and proposals based on customer requests; * Request quotations from international suppliers; * Monitor the sales process and update budgets; * Interface with internal departments (Finance and Logistics) and external parties (partner trading companies); * Customer service; assistance in managing order portfolios; * Regularly update the CRM/database, handling multiple deadlines and simultaneous demands; * Support the sales team in preparing reports. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields; * Basic/intermediate written English for communication with suppliers; * Proficiency in Office 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Copilot, and SharePoint); * Proven experience in budget preparation; * Proven experience working with complex Excel spreadsheets. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with ERP systems, Logcomex, Power BI, and Incoterms; * Experience in mid-sized companies; * Experience in written communication (e-mail) in English; * Experience preparing budgets for product imports.
