Job Summary: We are seeking an Application Engineer with experience in automation and industrial machine development to work on complex projects, supporting customers from technical prospecting through to commissioning. Collaborative work with sales, marketing, and technical support Job Description: We are looking for an **Application Engineer** with solid experience in automation and industrial machine development to work on high-complexity technical projects alongside machine manufacturers across diverse sectors — including **hoisting**, **packaging**, **extruders**, **glass machines**, and others. This professional will be responsible for supporting our customers from the technical prospecting phase through to development support and commissioning of their solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to machine manufacturers, from opportunity identification through to development and implementation support for automation solutions; * Participate in technical meetings with customers, proposing innovative and needs-aligned solutions; * Develop automation architectures (hardware and software) focused on performance, scalability, and integration; * Provide on-site technical support during machine development and testing; * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical support teams to promote comprehensive solutions; * Prepare and present technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical documentation for solutions; * Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in industrial automation. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields; * Proven experience in industrial machine development and automation solutions; * Solid knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial system integration; * Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical customers; * Willingness to visit customers and provide on-site support; * Advanced English (mandatory for communication with global teams and international customers); * Knowledge of CODESYS (a relevant advantage); * Familiarity with machine safety technical standards is highly valued. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and strong results orientation; * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams; * Systemic thinking and problem-solving focus; * High analytical capability and commitment to continuous technical learning. **Tell us more about you!
