**1\. Job Mission** Lead the operational activities of the Polymer Mixing and Extrusion departments, ensuring adherence to production planning with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and organization, while guaranteeing the proper functioning of processes, equipment, and teams. **2\. Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate operations in the Polymer Mixing and Extrusion departments. * Lead, guide, and assign tasks to production operators and assistants. * Ensure achievement of production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency targets. * Monitor material preparation, mixing, feeding, and polymer extrusion processes. * Monitor process parameters, production reporting, and raw material consumption. * Ensure proper supply to production lines and continuity of the production flow. * Verify operational conditions of machines, equipment, silos, mixers, and extruders. * Support setups, product changeovers, and line cleaning to prevent contamination and losses. * Identify process failures, quality deviations, and opportunities for improvement. * Support corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and application of good operational and safety practices. * Guarantee accurate completion of production records, consumption logs, and traceability documentation. * Instruct the team on safety regulations, use of PPE, and internal procedures. **3\. Mandatory Requirements** * Experience in Polymer Mixing and/or Extrusion processes. * Experience leading teams in an industrial environment. * Knowledge of production routines, process control, and operational organization. * Completed High School education. * Residence in São Bernardo do Campo, Diadema, or surrounding areas. **4\.
