This role is for you. We are experiencing rapid growth and looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, train, and scale machine learning solutions that support strategic business decisions. You will join a multidisciplinary team closely aligned with product and engineering, with autonomy to propose and test new approaches. * Design, train, and validate machine learning and deep learning models. * Implement data and MLOps pipelines (training, versioning, deployment, monitoring). * Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams. * Translate business problems into AI hypotheses and experiments. * Ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability. * Document models, technical decisions, and success metrics. * Support the adoption of AI best practices across the company. ### **Requirements:** ✔ Prior experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role (senior level). ✔ Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar). ✔ Experience in modeling, evaluation, and tuning of supervised and/or unsupervised models. ✔ Hands-on experience with APIs, cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and databases. ✔ Familiarity with MLOps: model versioning, pipelines, monitoring. ✔ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. ✔ Advanced English proficiency. ### **Nice-to-Have:** – Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision. – Previous work on high-scale digital products. – Knowledge of tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow. – Participation in research, publications, or AI communities. #### **Language: Advanced English** ### **Remote Work Model: São Paulo, SP.** **APPLY NOW** -----------------------
