Job Summary:
We are seeking a committed, organized, and proactive Pantry Assistant to prepare, serve, and maintain pantry hygiene, as well as support events.
Key Highlights:
1. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, water, and snacks
2. Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the pantry and utensils
3. Support internal meetings, trainings, and events
We are looking for a committed, organized, and proactive **Pantry Assistant** to join our team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, water, and snacks for employees, visitors, and clients; organize and maintain pantry cleanliness, ensuring hygiene of utensils, equipment, and the environment; wash, dry, and store dishes, cups, cutlery, and other used utensils; replenish pantry consumables such as coffee, sugar, sweeteners, napkins, and disposable items; assist in hosting internal meetings, trainings, and events, including organizing and serving coffee breaks when required; monitor and report on pantry supply and material replenishment needs; comply with workplace hygiene, organization, and safety standards.
**Requirements:**
* Elementary school education; proficiency with mobile phones and email; experience in the duties listed above; easy access to the western zone of São Paulo.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1.621,00 - R$1.700,00 per month
