The professional will be responsible for keeping common areas clean, organized, and safe for residents. **Responsibilities:** * Cleaning common areas of the condominium (lobby, hallways, staircases, elevators, party room, etc.); * Complying with safety and hygiene standards; * Providing general support for condominium activities as directed by the building manager or superintendent. **Requirements:** * Experience in cleaning condominiums or common areas is a plus; * Proactivity, responsibility, and good interpersonal skills with residents and team members; * Availability to work Monday through Friday.
