Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and planning maintenance activities, including reviewing and modifying AutoCAD projects. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Review and modification of AutoCAD projects 3. Planning and budgeting for procurement of materials and services Job Responsibilities: \- Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities (repairs, minor renovations, building installations), and preparing reports on completed services; \- Review and modification of AutoCAD projects. \- Defining maintenance schedules, and planning and budgeting for procurement of materials and services. Requirements: \- Familiarity with 2D and 3D software such as AutoCAD and Revit. \- Currently studying or holding a degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related fields. \- Responsibility and dedication to work. \- Communication skills and initiative. \- Driver's license category B. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary: R$ 2\.008,78 Benefits: Transportation allowance \+ meal allowance R$ 33,40\.
