To continue amplifying business and individual success, we are seeking a commercial team professional to join us as an **MES Technology Inside Sales representative**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Actively prospect qualified leads through various channels (phone, e\-mail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp); * Initiate first contact with potential clients, briefly introducing the company and its MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution; * Identify customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities, recording all information in the CRM; * Qualify leads according to criteria defined by the sales team; * Schedule meetings between leads and Sales Executives; * Maintain ongoing engagement with leads to nurture the sales funnel. **REQUIREMENTS** * Interest in learning about industrial technology and automation; * Ability to build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (e\-mail, phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn); * Strong pipeline management and follow\-up skills; * Clear, assertive, and consultative communication skills, capable of engaging with plant managers and industrial directors; * Research and analytical capability to evaluate target companies and assess whether leads match the ideal profile; * Organizational discipline to adhere to processes and accurately record activities. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Basic knowledge of industrial processes (production, shop floor operations, quality control, traceability); * Familiarity with MES, ERP, APS, or PLM systems; * Understanding of manufacturing industry challenges (efficiency, productivity, digital transformation, Industry 4\.0\). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Employment type: CLT; * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. * Work arrangement: On\-site in **Barueri/SP or Sorocaba/SP.** **BENEFITS** * Sodexo Meal or Food Allowance: To meet employee needs, we offer two flexible options tailored to your personal situation. * Transportation Allowance: For employees using public transportation, we provide a transportation voucher. * Unimed Health Insurance (no co\-payment) and MetLife Dental Insurance: We recognize the importance of maintaining good health—thus, we offer comprehensive health and dental coverage for employees and their dependents; * Gympass: Through our partnership with Gympass, you gain convenient access to fitness centers, physical activities, and numerous additional benefits for you and your dependents; * Partnerships with educational institutions: Learning is strongly encouraged at SKA; therefore, we offer exclusive discounts at our partner universities; * Life Insurance: To support the well\-being of our employees and their families, we provide life insurance coverage for all employees; * Company Anniversary Voucher: Each year you complete with us, you will receive a gift card redeemable at your discretion; * Guapeco: At SKA, well\-being extends to the entire family—including pets with feathers, paws, or wings.
