Job Summary: Professional responsible for obtaining quotations, conducting domestic and international purchases, monitoring the import process, controlling delivery timelines and inventory levels, and preparing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in importation, purchasing, or logistics. 2. Knowledge of costs, taxes, and pricing of imported products. 3. Analytical ability and organizational skills to handle multiple demands. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Obtain quotations and conduct purchases with domestic and international suppliers • Monitor the entire import process, from order placement to arrival in inventory • Control delivery deadlines, transportation modes (maritime and air), and order status • Verify import documentation and support relationships with customs brokers and freight carriers • Monitor inventory levels, product turnover, and replenishment needs • Record orders, costs, taxes, and deadlines in spreadsheets and internal systems • Prepare procurement, timeline, cost, and supplier performance reports • Research new supplier options, pricing, and commercial terms • Respond promptly and with a sense of urgency to requests from management and internal departments **REQUIREMENTS:** • Prior experience in importation, purchasing, or logistics • Familiarity with delivery timelines, freight costs, and inventory routines • Solid understanding of costs, taxes, and pricing of imported products • Analytical capability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose improvements • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously • Intermediate Excel proficiency for controls and reporting • Intermediate English proficiency for reading documents, emails, and calls with suppliers • Knowledge of another language, such as Spanish, is desirable Differentiators • Prior experience in foreign trade or the healthcare sector • Familiarity with import terminology and procedures (Incoterms, customs clearance, etc.) **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, business hours **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance Meal or food allowance Health insurance Dental insurance This position is open and verified by the Buscar Vagas portal in partnership with Divulga Vagas Brasil.
