Here, you will support our import operations, contributing to each stage of the international process happening with agility, security, and precision. If you have energy, initiative, and enjoy working with well-structured processes, we want to meet you! **?** **?** **Your Responsibilities:** * Customer service support and monitoring of import processes. * Creation of shipping bills of lading and tax provisioning in the Conexos system. * Cargo status control and updates (daily tracking). * Documentation management: Import Licenses (LI), Annex VII, release instructions (Siscarga, MAPA). * Requesting and controlling cash deposits, authorization for DI registration, and ICMS exemption where applicable. * Coordination with customs brokers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure clearance and release. * Submitting processes for invoice issuance, tracking collection, transportation, and delivery. * Submitting processes for operational closing and providing documents to the customer. * Monitoring processes with the Demurrage team. **?** **Requirements:** * Experience in this role. * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of import processes and customs documentation is desirable. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines. ?
