




Job Summary: Technical Support Consultant responsible for customer service, remote and on-site technical support, manual development, commercial team support, and service recordkeeping. Experience with automotive equipment and electronics Technical Support Consultant Responsibilities: Customer service via phone, WhatsApp, email, or CRM; remote and on-site technical support; development of manuals, videos, and tutorials; technical support to the commercial team; service recordkeeping and feedback to R\&D. Requirements: Technical education in Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields; experience with automotive equipment (scanners, lifts, wheel balancers, etc.); knowledge of automotive electrical/electronic systems and CAN/OBD protocols; proficiency with remote support tools and CRM; technical English (preferred).
