




Job Summary: Work as a Technical Support Analyst / Systems Analyst, providing support for production systems and equipment, filtering and redirecting incidents to the appropriate teams. Log analysis and interpretation of C# scripts and Oracle Database **JOB OPENING: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST / SYSTEMS ANALYST – LIMEIRA/SP – K\-LAB DIGITAL** **100% on-site work in Limeira/SP** CLT employment contract \+ Benefits **Working Hours: 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday – 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM** **Availability for occasional on-call duty during weekends** **Requirements:** \- Systems analysis, network/firewall support, maintenance of IT equipment, and IT service management (ITIL). **\- INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH** \- Programming knowledge required for log analysis, validation of communications, and interpretation of C\# scripts and Oracle Database. \- C\# and SQL programming languages. \- Hardware: Knowledge of IT equipment maintenance. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Basic knowledge of PLCs is a plus. \- Experience supporting SCADA/MES systems is a plus. **Scope of Work:** \- Support analyst role, providing assistance to production-related systems and equipment; must possess knowledge to filter and redirect incidents or issues to other IT teams (equipment, networks, databases, and systems). \- On-site work model, directly supporting the factory; the candidate serves as the first point of contact, aiming to resolve issues promptly or direct them to the appropriate competent areas, preventing production difficulties in identifying the responsible support personnel.
