About the position We are seeking a professional to work as a Budgeting Designer, responsible for developing projects, cost estimation, and providing technical-commercial support—ensuring functional solutions aligned with the company’s quality standards. Responsibilities * Develop custom carpentry projects according to client briefings and requirements. * Perform quantitative material takeoffs and prepare budgets. * Interpret architectural and execution drawings. * Assist in selecting materials, hardware, and finishes. * Verify measurements and reconcile technical information. * Collaborate closely with sales, production, and installation departments. * Ensure projects comply with quality standards and production feasibility. * Monitor project revisions and modifications as needed. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields. * Experience with planned carpentry projects. * Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation and execution detailing. * Experience in cost estimation and budget preparation. * Proficiency in design software. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. * Critical eye for finishes and technical solutions.
