**Brief description of the area:** Area responsible for driving the creation of new businesses and the launch of products derived from renewable raw materials, acting as one of the key engines to further strengthen Braskem’s chemical portfolio with sustainable solutions. **Activities/Responsibilities:** The intern will be responsible for: * Building market intelligence to support the development and launch of new products, including: + Interaction and scheduling management with external consulting firms; + Proactive search and analysis of information from specialized sources. * Supporting the structuring of new industrial projects, focusing on: + Development of technical and economic assumptions; + Support in building business cases; + Preparation of materials for internal discussions and presentations. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Chemical Engineering or related fields * Knowledge \& willingness to learn about the cosmetics \& personal care market. * Availability to intern for two years * Advanced English proficiency * Intermediate Excel skills Intermediate PowerPoint skills * **Preferred Qualifications:** Professional experience in the cosmetics \& personal care industry * **Expected Profile:** We seek a curious professional with genuine interest in learning and exploring new topics. Must possess strong communication skills, able to express ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across different areas. Organization in managing tasks and deadlines is expected, along with an analytical mindset—capable of interpreting information, identifying patterns, and supporting decision-making.
