Job Summary Responsible for leading teams in the fabrication and installation of piping systems for industrial refrigeration (HVAC/Chiller). Ensures that installations strictly adhere to technical drawings, safety regulations, and scheduled deadlines. Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) **Drawing Interpretation: Absolute proficiency in reading isometric drawings and industrial piping layouts.** Chilled Water Experience: Proven experience with Chilled Water Systems (CWS), including installation of valves, pumps, pipe supports, and thermal insulation. **Materials Knowledge: Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and industrial PVC/CPVC piping, as well as understanding material allowances (elbows, flanges, and fittings).** Welding and Boiler-Making: Basic knowledge of welding processes (TIG, Shielded Metal Arc Welding) to guide proper tack-welding and component alignment. **Metrology and Calculations: Proficiency in basic trigonometric calculations and use of a scientific calculator for field sizing of pipe nipples and angles.** **Responsibilities and Activities** Supervise the fabrication of pipe supports and trestles for hydraulic piping. **Coordinate the lifting and positioning of heavy pipes and components.** Conduct leak and pressure tests on the installed system. **Monitor assembly schedule and on-site material consumption.** Ensure correct use of PPE and compliance with regulations such as NR-35. Education and Qualifications **Education: Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Refrigeration.** Preferred: Specialized courses in Piping Supervisor or Boiler-Making Foreman. **Proven work experience.** Compensation: R$5,000.00 – R$8,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
