We have an opening for you to become a **Staff Software Engineer.**
**In this role, you will:**
* Serve as a **DevOps/SRE** reference, supporting development teams in building, evolving, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
* Create, maintain, and evolve **GitHub Actions pipelines**, ensuring quality, security, and automation of build, test, and deployment processes.
* Administer and support **Kubernetes clusters (EKS)**, monitoring deployments, troubleshooting, and optimizations.
* Work within **AWS** environments, supporting operations, observability, security, and infrastructure automation.
* Provide **technical support to development teams**, assisting with incident resolution and questions related to deployment, infrastructure, and pipelines.
* Actively participate in **war rooms**, analyzing, mitigating, and resolving critical incidents.
* Support **continuous improvement** initiatives, observability, resilience, and reliability of environments.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Practical experience with **GitHub Actions** for CI/CD.
* Solid knowledge of **Kubernetes** (deployments, services, ingress, troubleshooting).
* Experience with **AWS** (EKS, EC2, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, among others).
* Hands-on experience with **Linux environments** and command-line tools.
* Knowledge of **containers (Docker)**.
* Experience providing **support to development teams** and resolving incidents.
* Ability to operate in critical environments, including participation in **war rooms**.
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Experience with **Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform, CloudFormation or similar).
* Knowledge of **observability** (logs, metrics, traces – Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
* Familiarity with **SRE** concepts (SLIs, SLOs, error budget).
* Experience with **security in pipelines and cloud** (IAM, secrets, best practices).
* Experience in **high-availability and mission-critical environments**.
* Prior experience in regulated or financial environments.
