**[Support] Senior Services Analyst - Protheus Infrastructure** ===================================================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description The analyst will ensure the availability and performance of the Protheus ecosystem infrastructure for clients in this area. They will also be responsible for executing maintenance windows and ERP updates, as well as creating technical documentation for application and infrastructure deployment for Protheus clients. Responsibilities and Duties * ERP Protheus: Administration of the Protheus application, infrastructure, release updates, and package deployment. * Database: Proficiency in SQL Server, covering database analysis, maintenance, and migration. * Systems and Virtualization: Administration of Linux, Windows, and VMware environments. * Diagnostics: Performance analysis, resource consumption assessment, and troubleshooting of application and infrastructure failures. * Security: Management of database backup routines, application deployment processes, and security enhancements and best practices. * Documentation: Development of technical documentation. * Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of hardware sizing and PostgreSQL is desirable.
