Job Summary: We are hiring an HR Staff member to support recruitment, selection, onboarding, offboarding, and administrative HR routines, as well as to serve employees. Key Highlights: 1. Location: Louveira / SP Working Hours: \*Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM \*Saturday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM Below is a summary of the position: Salary: R$2\.200,00 Meal Voucher (VR): R$ 35.00 per day Food Allowance (VA): R$ 147.45 per month Health and dental insurance Life insurance Fuel allowance (paid in cash) Day Off (special leave) Requirements: ✔ Completed high school or Technical HR qualification; ✔ Knowledge of HR/DP routines (preferred); ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ✔ Flexible availability. Main Responsibilities: Support recruitment and selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes; Assist in tracking working hours and administrative HR routines; Support training, development, and engagement initiatives; Serve employees and provide support to departments within the unit; Assist in benefits management and vendor relationship management.
