Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Analyst to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, supporting the adoption of DevSecOps practices and integrating security throughout the software lifecycle in a collaborative manner. Collaboration with development, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams ### **About the Position** We are looking for a **Senior DevSecOps Analyst** to work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of CI/CD pipelines, supporting the adoption of DevSecOps practices, automation, and security across the software lifecycle. This role will involve close collaboration with development, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams, contributing to continuous improvement of delivery processes, with close mentorship from more senior professionals when required. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience with **DevSecOps practices**, working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban); * Experience in **building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines**, preferably using **Azure DevOps**; * Hands-on experience with **CI/CD orchestration tools**; * Knowledge of **Linux and Windows operating systems**; * Experience with **containers** (Docker, Kubernetes or similar); * Practical knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** using **Terraform and/or Helm**; * Experience with **source code version control** (GitHub, GitLab or similar); * Experience with **public cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure or GCP), including provisioning or support activities; * Familiarity with **Code Quality and Security tools**, such as **SonarCloud, Snyk, Gitleaks or similar**; * Knowledge of **API-based integrations**; * Basic or intermediate knowledge of the **Backstage** platform; * Knowledge of **programming languages or automation tools**, e.g., Shell Script, Python, YAML; * Understanding of **test automation** within CI/CD pipeline contexts. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support the **evolution of DevSecOps culture**, adhering to guidelines and best practices defined by the team; * Develop, maintain, and enhance **CI/CD pipelines**, ensuring stability and efficiency; * Support the **operation of tools** involved in the software delivery process; * Implement continuous improvements related to **security, performance, and operational efficiency**; * Collaborate with teams to **identify challenges, collect feedback, and propose improvements**; * Support the **maintenance and evolution of the Backstage platform**; * Ensure CI/CD pipelines contribute to increased developer team productivity and reduced deployment risks; * Adhere to established standards, security policies, and department-defined processes. ### **Additional Information** * **Work model:** Hybrid, with 2 days per week onsite (South Zone, São Paulo) * **Contract duration:** 5 to 11 months
