Support improvements and integrated testing **Code:** 1066 **Job Title:** SAP CPI Consultant **Location:** Barueri, SP **Professional Level:** Senior **Professional Areas of Expertise:** IT \- SAP **Description:** We are seeking an Integration Consultant with a focus on customer support and practical experience in SAP CPI (SCPI), legacy systems, and third-party systems. The role entails maintaining stable integrations, resolving incidents, and supporting improvements. Main Responsibilities: - Provide Application Management Services (AMS) for integrations between SAP S/4HANA and legacy/third-party systems, ensuring operational stability and continuity. - Perform incident triage, analysis, and resolution (e.g., processing failures, errors, data inconsistencies, reprocessing). - Conduct troubleshooting in SAP CPI (SCPI): monitor iFlows, messages, logs, retries, and perform end-to-end error analysis. - Support corrections and minor enhancements to integrations (e.g., mapping adjustments, parameter updates, rule changes, error handling), aligned with functional teams and customers. - Lead and support integrated testing, validation, and evidence collection (QA/UAT). - Maintain technical documentation and solution records (knowledge base) to reduce recurrence. **Skills:** Experience with SAP, specifically the Integration Suite (CPI) and extension services for deploying integration applications across Cloud and On\-Premise solutions;· Web Services: understanding of concepts and technologies related to web services, such as XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST, etc.;· Knowledge of Module Pool, ALVs, user exits, enhancement points, BADIs, BAPIs, ALV, Sapscript, Workflow, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, oData, CDS Views, and HANA. ABAP knowledge is desirable.
