**Position:** Maintenance Planning and Control Technician **Education:** Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Design. **Experience:** Solid experience in maintenance scheduling, planning, and control within an industrial environment. **Responsibilities** Maintain the maintenance planning and control program, providing support to the maintenance team and ensuring adherence to the established schedule. Plan and develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Develop maintenance procedures, instructions, forms, and performance indicators. Assist in projects for developing devices for machines and equipment. Support the delivery of technical, administrative, and safety training to the maintenance team. Request purchases of materials and third-party maintenance services. Perform receipt, handling, and storage of raw materials and products. Receive and verify incoming invoices for purchased materials, checking quantities, descriptions, and general conditions of materials and packaging. Assist in acquiring auxiliary manufacturing equipment, prepare technical specifications for quotation requests, and conduct technical-financial feasibility analysis of projects. Control maintenance service activities by monitoring work order execution and prioritizing actions. Monitor material consumption and provision necessary stock for routine repairs and preventive maintenance. Monitor movement of equipment and materials sent for external maintenance at authorized service centers. Control and supervise maintenance services performed by third-party companies. Control fixed assets items according to the defined standard process. Assist in maintaining product and supplier master data. Prepare management reports and area performance indicators using data extracted from available systems.
