Job Summary: Product Owner with an Anti-Fraud focus to define, prioritize, and evolve fraud prevention and detection solutions across digital and transactional journeys, in partnership with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams. Continuously focusing on process improvement and risk mitigation. **What We’re Looking For?** A **Product Owner (PO) with Anti-Fraud expertise**, responsible for defining, prioritizing, and evolving solutions aimed at fraud prevention and detection across digital and transactional journeys. The candidate will be responsible for managing the anti-fraud backlog, evolving anti-fraud rules and decision engines, and partnering closely with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and improved user experience. **Work Model:** Hybrid ### **Responsibilities** * Define and prioritize the anti-fraud backlog aligned with risk and business strategies * Create: + User stories + Acceptance criteria + Anti-fraud workflows and policies * Evolve: + Anti-fraud rules + Decision engines * Monitor key metrics such as: + Fraud rate + False positives + Approval rate * Partner with: + Risk + Compliance + Operations + Technology * Support integrations with anti-fraud tools and technical validations * Participate in: + SIT/UAT testing + Deployments + Performance tracking ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of: + Fraud prevention and detection + Digital and transactional customer journeys * Experience with: + PIX + Payments + Cards + Digital onboarding * Hands-on experience with: + Anti-fraud rules + Risk policies + Metrics and KPIs * Familiarity with: + APIs + Integrations + Agile methodologies * Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders * Analytical capability and strategic vision ### **Differentiators** * Experience with the **FICO (fraud)** tool * Experience in: + Banks + Fintechs + Insurance companies + Payment processors * Knowledge of: + Backlog management + Backlog management + Agile processes ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical mindset and strategic vision * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to bridge technical and business domains * Autonomy and strong sense of prioritization * Collaborative and results-oriented * Effective in dynamic, high-stakes environments * Continuous focus on process improvement and risk mitigation With over 35 years in the market and presence in 16 countries, GFT employs more than 12\.000 people worldwide, including 4\.000 in Brazil.
