Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for analyzing requirements, defining solutions for projects and products, drafting functional specifications and documentation, acting as Product Owner, and contributing to the development and implementation of technological solutions. In 2025, we received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the fifth consecutive year. **Responsibilities and Duties** **ADD RESPONSIBILITIES ONLY IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE STANDARD ROLE** **i4pro + You = i4evc** Throughout your journey at i4pro, you’ll have numerous opportunities to develop, evolve, and transform—all within a collaborative and healthy work environment that values recognition, appreciation, and everyone’s well-being. **Therefore, we count on you to:** * Analyze requirements with leadership and/or clients in a consultative capacity, defining the solution for the project scope while considering available technical options. * Contribute to planning the structure of projects and products to understand assigned tasks, sharing ideas or proposing actions that enable successful project or product delivery. * Draft functional specifications for projects and products. * Map, develop, and update documentation (mind maps, functional documents, and manuals) for products created at i4pro and implemented at client sites. * Act as Product Owner alongside the module/project development team. * Build and maintain demonstration environments. * Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients. * Technically monitor the activities of testers (homologators). * Clearly articulate business needs to developers. * Serve as backup to leadership in triaging and analyzing open project tickets. * Support configuration and implementation of products at client sites. * Follow and apply the company’s established specification and quality standards (governance). * Deliver internal and/or external technical training. * Promote i4pro and Agile culture, exemplifying ethical values and influencing a collaborative mindset through participation in Agile ceremonies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You Must Also Have:** * Completed undergraduate degree in technology-related fields. * Basic knowledge of SQL. * Solid understanding of Agile methodology. * Mandatory experience in the insurance market. * Knowledge of SUSEP regulations and circulars: * Capitalization title rules. * Technical provisions (PMC, PSR, PDB, etc.). * Lottery, bonus, and redemption logic. * Financial impact of product rule changes. **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * English proficiency. **Additional Information** **NO CHANGES REQUIRED** **Our Work Model:** We prioritize our employees’ well-being, offering remote, on-site, or hybrid positions—determined based on job requirements and role responsibilities.
