Product Owner (Implementation)

Job Summary: Safe Consig is seeking an Implementation professional to configure systems in public agencies, serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, and conduct training sessions. Key Highlights: 1. Work on system implementation and configuration in public agencies. 2. Conduct requirements gathering and system integration. 3. Lead training sessions and support resolution of operational issues. **Safe Consig** is looking for a professional to join the **Implementation** team. **Responsibilities** * Perform system implementation and configuration in public agencies. * Serve as the main point of contact between clients, financial institutions, and the internal technical team. * Gather requirements and information from clients for system parameterization and integration. * Define and document file layouts for system-to-system integration. * Conduct training and guidance for users on how to use implemented solutions. * Monitor and support data integration and information validation processes. * Support identification and resolution of operational issues during implementation. * Undertake occasional travel for client support and follow-up. **Requirements** * Experience or knowledge in system implementation or customer support. * Ability to define and document file layouts for system integration (field structure, formats, etc.). * Strong negotiation and meeting facilitation skills. * Willingness to undertake occasional travel. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with clients and technical teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with system integration or file exchange (e.g., remittance/return files, APIs, integrations). * Experience in projects involving public agencies or financial institutions. **Job Information** * Work Mode: Remote (however, if you are based in São Paulo/SP, it’s a plus!)
