Job Summary: A support professional for planning activities, responsible for data analysis, information organization, and KPI monitoring to strengthen decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative and inclusive environment with continuous learning **Your Role** ------------- This professional will support planning activities by contributing to data analysis, information organization, and KPI monitoring. You will provide operational and strategic support, ensuring agility and accuracy in processes to strengthen decision-making and drive company results. * Plan and schedule Field Technicians’ visits, defining priorities and urgency based on problem nature. * Allocate technical resources efficiently, considering specific competencies and customer-required deadlines. * Ensure prompt field service delivery, reducing rework and idle time to optimize operational costs. * Be responsible for the end-to-end Service Order workflow, from opening to closure. * Ensure process management, identifying improvement opportunities and new business prospects. * Monitor and guide the Internal Workshop regarding necessary technical interventions. * Ensure equipment delivery deadlines are met according to customer expectations.
