If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to steer their own life, come be \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate synergistically with the sales team to address questions from customers in the purchasing process; * Provide support to ensure smooth delivery of the product to the customer; * Handle requests related to billing reviews originating from digital channels; * Keep the sales team updated on material and process changes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; * Proficiency in CRM tools; * Basic understanding of sales concepts; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Familiarity with Rental, Jira, and Zendesk systems is a plus; * Analytical mindset; * Strong customer interaction skills; * Proactivity; * Ability to handle challenging customer interactions effectively; * Commitment; * Agility in proposing solutions; * Adaptability. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** **Life Insurance:** To care for our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Insurance:** It’s important to take care of yourself and stay well. **Dental Insurance:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your meal and/or food allowance on a single card!
