**About the position**
On-site in Campinas, with availability for travel.
Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday

The main purpose of this role is to ensure standardization, performance, and compliance, with a focus on the financial sustainability of operations, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards and strengthening the relationship between franchisees and the franchisor.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct technical visits to units, ensuring compliance with operational and legal standards.
* Identify non-conformities and monitor action plans and improvements.
* Monitor team and franchisee satisfaction, suggesting corrective actions when necessary.
* Track operational and financial indicators, supporting franchisees in result analysis.
* Serve as the primary liaison between the franchisor and units.
* Provide consultative support and mediate requests with other departments.
* Ensure implementation of brand manuals and standards.
* Identify training needs and encourage participation in training programs.
* Flag opportunities for new locations and regional expansion.
* Prepare visit reports and regional performance reports.
* Attend biweekly meetings with Operations Supervision and monthly meetings with Executive Management, presenting results and recommendations.
**Required Experience and Knowledge:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Management, Administration, Hospitality, Nursing, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Prior experience with franchise networks, operational management, healthcare, or hospitality.
* Availability for daily travel between units.
* Valid driver's license.
* Basic knowledge of regulations and policies related to senior residential facilities is desirable.
* Prior experience in elderly care service operations is a plus.
