PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1.2. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1.3. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** INDEFINITE-TERM CONTRACT, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated in current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** SPECIALIST QUALIFICATION REGISTRATION (RQE) ISSUED BY THE REGIONAL MEDICAL COUNCIL (CRM) OF THE PRACTICE AREA. **VERIFICATION:** Copy of the professional identification card issued by the respective Regional Medical Council. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AREAS. **VERIFICATION:** Experience documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only valid if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature corresponding to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
