Job opening for a Financial Analyst position in Americana\-SP at an industrial textile company with a dynamic operation and results-oriented focus, seeking a Financial Analyst. We are looking for an analytical, proactive professional capable of working both operationally and on strategic financial analysis, contributing to process efficiency and supporting the company's decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable routines; * Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure reliability of financial information; * Monitor actual and projected cash flow; * Track delinquency and support collection actions; * Perform financial classification and posting in the system; * Support monthly financial and accounting closings; * Prepare management reports and presentations for senior management; * Monitor financial KPIs and propose performance improvements; * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement; * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure information alignment. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Proven experience in finance; * Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation; * Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of ERP systems and financial processes; * Analytical, organized profile with strategic vision; * Industrial environment experience is desirable.
