Description
**Your daily responsibilities will include:**
\- Monitoring critical environments using platforms provided by the NOC;
\- Recording and tracking the completion of field preventive maintenance checklists, promptly notifying the team of any pending items or irregularities identified;
\- Analyzing alerts and events to ensure rapid response to incidents and anomalies;
\- Performing technical escalations as needed, following established procedures and SLAs;
\- Preparing reports, dashboards, and operational insights to enhance visibility and control over environments;
\- Interacting with clients (B2B).
**To succeed in this role, you must have:**
\- Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; \- Experience with network infrastructure;
\- Basic knowledge of FTTH networks and external infrastructure;
\- CPU and memory analysis skills, along with basic diagnostic commands;
\- Familiarity with optical topology, network mapping, and registration;
\- Basic understanding of networking, enterprise routers, and switches;
\- Analytical ability to identify root causes and perform initial failure diagnostics;
**\- Availability to work on a 12x36 rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.**
\- Residency in Marília/SP.
