Job Summary: Self-employed IT professional specializing in computer, printer, and multifunctional device maintenance and technical support for clients across various regions. Key Highlights: 1. Perform computer, printer, and multifunctional device maintenance and installation. 2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing courteous customer service. 3. Work collaboratively in a team and support other departments. **Description:** * Perform computer maintenance and installation; * Diagnose and resolve issues with inkjet and laser printers and multifunctional devices from multiple brands: Ricoh, HP, Brother, Canon, Kyocera; * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on printers, multifunctional devices, and computers, including component replacement, consumables replenishment, and equipment cleaning; * Respond to customer service requests to resolve technical issues related to printers and multifunctional devices; * Provide courteous and professional customer service, guiding users on proper equipment usage and offering solutions to improve equipment performance; * Maintain accurate records of performed activities and serviced equipment. **Experience and Requirements** * Completed technical or higher education; * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Proven experience maintaining inkjet and laser printers and multifunctional devices from multiple brands; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Customer service proficiency and strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support other departments. **About Alucom** * Alucom is a company headquartered in Fortaleza, operating throughout the state of Ceará, as well as in São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraíba, Santa Catarina, and Maranhão.
