Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment Pharmacy chain hires an IT Technician to work in our stores. **Requirements:** * Experience in network and infrastructure environments, with focus on installation and maintenance of structured cabling networks, IP and analog cameras; * Helpdesk and remote support, server administration and monitoring, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment; * Knowledge of basic electronics, internal network analysis, incident ticket creation and tracking, and incident management and response for servers and network devices; * Practical experience in installation, configuration, and support of servers, computers, and other IT infrastructure devices, focusing on system performance, security, and availability; * Support and assistance to company stores. * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role.
