IT SUPPORT ANALYST

Description

**JOB MISSION:** Ensure the proper functioning, security, and performance of the company's systems and databases, providing technical support to users, performing maintenance, optimization, and system integration, documenting processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of corporate tools. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:**  Experience as a DBA and database development (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.);  Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL;  Experience in technical support or system support;  Knowledge of ticketing and ITSM tools;  Knowledge of monitoring and backup tools;  Familiarity with high-availability and replication environments;  Experience with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server);  Experience with ERPs (Protheus, SAP, etc.) or corporate systems;  Experience supporting N1, N2, and N3 environments; **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:**  Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity;  Strong communication skills, proactivity, leadership, and problem-solving ability. ** Driver's license category B or higher.** **EDUCATION:** Completed or ongoing degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields **DESIRED COURSES:** Specific database certifications (Oracle DBA, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.); ITIL certifications ** Driver's license category B or higher.** ** ON-SITE POSITION \- ALTO NEIGHBORHOOD**
