**Posting Date:** 20 May 2026 **City:** Rio de Janeiro **Location:**Rio de Janeiro, BR, 20011\-904 **Contract Type:** Permanent **Division:** Operating Engine **Level of experience:** Junior RINA is currently recruiting for a **Junior IT Specialist** to join its office in **Rio de Janeiro** within the **Operating Engine** Division. **Mission** The IT Junior Specialist provides second\-level technical support, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of IT operations while collaborating closely with cross\-functional teams and maintaining a professional, service\-oriented attitude. *\#LI\-KM* **Key Accountabilities** * Provide second\-level technical support for Windows 11 and Office 365 (first\-level support is managed by the Global Enterprise Help Desk). * Diagnose and troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues (hardware repairs are handled by external vendors). * Perform operating system installations for notebooks and workstations. * Set up audio/video systems for meetings and corporate events, including video conferencing tools (HP / Poly). * Support project\-based IT initiatives and participate in the implementation of new technologies or process improvements. * Monitor and manage IT inventory (notebooks, workstations, peripherals, and accessories). * Provide general IT troubleshooting for notebooks, workstations, printers, and collaboration platforms. * Support MFP printers (A4 and A3\), ensuring their availability and performing basic troubleshooting. * Offer basic mobile device support (Android, and ideally iPhone) for corporate telephony. * Assist with remote access and login troubleshooting using tools such as TeamViewer. * Participate in server administration and infrastructure maintenance tasks when required. * Travel occasionally to support regional offices and global IT operations (e.g., São Paulo, Macaé, and other international sites). * Perform additional IT support duties as assigned by the management team. **Qualifications** * Entry\-level experience in IT support or infrastructure administration. * Solid understanding of general IT troubleshooting. * Familiarity with MFP printers (A4/A3\), mobile devices (Android/iPhone), and remote support tools (TeamViewer). * Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus. * Strong desire to develop technical skills in infrastructure. * Discreet, reliable, and professional in all interactions, demonstrating a collaborative attitude, willingness to assist others, and respect for organizational structure. * Calm and patient when addressing technical issues or user requests. * Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude. * Responsible, organized, and detail\-oriented. * Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute within a dynamic global IT team. **Additional Information** * Office located in Centro (RJ). * Availability to arrive at the office between 8:00am and 8:30am. * Hybrid work regime 3 days at the office (after 1st month everyday on site). * All of our positions are also available to people with disabilities (PwD / PCD). **Competencies** * WORKPLACE DYNAMICS \- Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. * PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT \- Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally. * INTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE \- Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others. * DOMAIN \& BUSINESS ACUMEN \- Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. * FORESIGHT \& INSIGHT \- Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making.
