You will be responsible for monitoring the journey of communications directed at End Customers (EC) — from acquisition to reactivation. Your role will be to transform large volumes of CRM data into growth strategies, applying Growth Hacking principles to optimize performance, profitability, and personalization at scale. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Performance Analysis and Incremental Measurement: Measure the success of CRM campaigns, focusing on reach metrics (awareness/deliverability) and, primarily, on incremental financial return (conversion lift and ROI); * Lifecycle Management (LTV): Develop strategies to accelerate acquisition, increase retention, and reduce churn, delivering insights to optimize the funnel; * Data Storytelling: Translate complex numbers into actionable "findings" (insights) for Planning and Operations teams, facilitating decision-making; * Business Intelligence & Dashboards: Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and executive presentations that clearly demonstrate the health of our operations; * Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose technical improvements to automation and data segmentation workflows; * Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams (Analytics/Data) and business areas (Communication/Product), adapting communication style according to the technical knowledge level of the audience receiving the data. **What are the requirements?** * Advanced Excel; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Database query language (SQL) — advanced; * Experience with Python or R; * Experience with Databricks; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Tableau; * Experience in business analysis; * Data-driven communication; * Report development and results presentation; * Experience tracking KPIs and their levers; * Experience in BI/Analytics. ### **What are the differentiators?** * Experience measuring impact in CRM or Growth campaigns; * Knowledge of statistics (causal inference); * Experience with communication channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push) and their metrics; * Ability to facilitate exchanges between data and business interfaces; * Demand and delivery management and organization; * Knowledge of CRM-applicable models (product recommendation, propensity, clustering); * Intermediate Spanish for conversation and writing; #LI-VB1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
