Job Summary: Professional to monitor infrastructure, classify and resolve incidents, and provide technical support to users. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor infrastructure using observability tools 2. Manage and classify IT incidents 3. Provide technical support in Linux/Windows environments and network connectivity Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in technology-related fields. * Availability to work as an individual entrepreneur (MEI) or independent contractor (PJ). * Relevant professional experience. * Prior experience in NOC or Helpdesk. * Knowledge of network monitoring tools. Responsibilities: * Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, GLPI, Amazon CloudWatch, and other observability tools. * Receive, log, and classify incidents, determining priority and impact. * Assist in resolving basic issues on Linux and Windows servers. * Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot network connectivity issues. * Maintain clear and efficient communication with users during incident resolution or escalation. Job Type: Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$1.597,00 - R$2.500,00 per month
